BOOKING AN
APPOINTMENT

 

Late Policy:

In order to respect the time of both our guests and staff, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If later than 10 minutes into the appointment time, you will be asked to schedule to a different day and pay 75% of that appointment in order to book future appointments.

 

Cancellation:

Recognizing that everyone's time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we understand that emergencies can happen, but we ask that you provide a 48-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment time. Less than 24 hours notice requires a 75% fee and less than 48 hours requires a 50% fee for the missed appointment. No-show appointments require a 100% fee for missed appointments.

 

If you fail to confirm your appointment, via text confirmation, email confirmation, or phone call prior to the appointment, we reserve the right to cancel and charge the full amount of the appointment.

 

Extra Guest:

To uphold the safest environment possible, we kindly request only those receiving the services be present in the service areas. No additional guest(s) that do not have an appointment are able to sit in the salon, this includes children. If you cannot comply with this policy, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and pay for the missed appointment. 

 

Extension Clients:

A non-refundable deposit is required in order to book your appointment, it is 50% of the total cost for extensions.
